What Lootryx is
Lootryx keeps one honest record for your whole linkshell: who showed up, what DKP each member earned and spent, which loot went where, and when the next HNM window opens. Everyone checks the same numbers, so attendance and loot stop being an argument.
You reach that record three ways, all sharing one database, so they never disagree:
- The web app, the full board: roster, standings, sealed auctions, the gil vault, and live windows.
- The Discord bot, standings and events right in your server.
- The in-game addon, attendance caught live from your alliance in Vana’diel.

Create your linkshell
Go to lootryx.com and sign in with Discord, then create a shell. You become its first officer. Give it a name and a short tag for its web address, choose who can see it, and the whole group has a home. You can rename it or change its visibility later in settings.
Invite your members
From your roster, share an invite link or code. Members sign in with Discord and join in a couple of clicks, with no separate account to make. Give people roles (officer, member, trial) so the right hands can start check-in, run auctions, and manage the bank.
Connect the Discord bot
The Lootryx bot answers from your shell’s data, so what you see in Discord matches the website exactly. Once it is in your server, anyone can run
/standings,/events,/auctions, and the rest. Members link their Discord account just by signing into lootryx.com with Discord, and that link is what lets their RSVP button taps count.The full command list, and how RSVP differs from attendance, is on the Discord bot page.
Self-serve, leader only
Any shell leader can add the bot and bind it from their linkshell's Settings, no developer or support request needed. Not the leader? Ask them to run it, it takes under a minute.
Connect the in-game addon
The addon reads your alliance’s party list in game and reports who was present, so attendance is caught live instead of typed up after midnight. Open My Characters in the web app, generate your addon credentials, paste them into the addon’s settings, then run

No in-game actions, GM-safe
The addon reads party names and reports them, and reads and writes only your own local macro files when you run
//lootryx macros pull. It never moves, targets, casts, or sends anything to the game server.Run your first event
Schedule an event and post it with the bot or on the web. Members RSVP, which records who intends to come, not who showed. When you gather, an officer starts check-in on the event, and presence is confirmed live by the addon, a check-in PIN, or an approved screenshot. Award DKP from that verified presence, and your first night is on the books, with a record the whole shell can check.
